Morning Star Childrens Home has come along leaps and bounds since its inception in January 2006, from humble beginnings (and aspirations) with the initial pioneering group of 20 reticent and nerve-wracked kids, a small dedicated team of staff, a keen but trepid team of board members with insurmountable faith and conviction in the task ahead, all the stakeholders have coalesced together and been privilege to a greatly fulfilling work that can only be described as a miracle.

These humble beginnings can be traced to Mwiki, Kasarani, Nairobi North District, in a 10-roomed rented property that the children, staff and other stake-holders have worked on innovatively and successfully to recreate a homely environment with all the prerequsite comforts and facets.

As always espoused by the Home, Morning Star Childrens Home intends to enlighten the lives of the less fortunate children according to the grace God has accorded it, and also encourage all the participants in this great work that they have committed to undertake. And as with God’s grace it is unlimitless making the work and more importantly the triumph of Morning Star Childrens Home similarly…………..

Morning Star Childrens Home early history is filled with great tales symbolized by equally great victories engineered by the Lord to show His glory and provide for His vision,all touching across all facets of the Home, its stakeholders and the children themselves.
